Rakul Preet Singh is an Indian actress best known for her performances in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil films. She has received various honors, including a South Indian International Movie Award and four Filmfare honors South nominations.
Singh was born in New Delhi, India on October 10, 1990. She attended Army Public School in Dhaula Kuan and later earned an Honors Degree in Mathematics from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi. She was an active golfer who competed at the national level. Singh began her modeling career while still in college, doing various commercial flyers.
